目的：对我院102例流产后存在宫内残留物的患者分别进行经腹部和阴道彩超检查，分析其结果。方法回顾性采集自2011年12月~2013年5月于我院进行清宫手术并有病理资料和辅助检查确诊的患者102例的病历。结果全部102例患者中，经腹部彩超可明确诊断87例，行阴道彩超检查可确诊97例，两者相比具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论经腹部和经阴道彩超均对流产后的宫内残留有良好的诊断能力，经阴道彩超诊断准确率更具优势。
목적：대아원102례유산후존재궁내잔류물적환자분별진행경복부화음도채초검사，분석기결과。방법회고성채집자2011년12월~2013년5월우아원진행청궁수술병유병리자료화보조검사학진적환자102례적병력。결과전부102례환자중，경복부채초가명학진단87례，행음도채초검사가학진97례，량자상비구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론경복부화경음도채초균대유산후적궁내잔류유량호적진단능력，경음도채초진단준학솔경구우세。
Objective On the existence of Intrauterine Residue in 102 casesafter artificial abortion,and who were treated with the color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of abdominal. Method:Retrospective col ection that who were clear palace operation in this hospital from 2011 December to 2013 May,the 102 patients medical records. Result:In ol 102 patients,Transabdominal ultrasound diagnosis of 87 cases,and ultrasound examination can be diagnosed in 97 cases. Compared with those two results, it has statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion:Transabdominal and transvaginal ultrasonography ondiagnosis of intrauterine Residue after abortion ability.
