目的：分析腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢囊肿临床疗效。方法选取我院2011年12月~2012年12月收治的54例卵巢囊肿患者作为研究对象，随机分为观察组与对照组，每组患者各27例。对照组采用开腹手术治疗，观察组采用腹腔镜手术治疗，对两组患者的手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量以及并发症发生情况进行分析对比。结果观察组手术时间和住院时间明显短于对照组，术中出血量明显少于对照组，两组数据结果比较具有明显差异(P<0．05)；观察组患者无并发症发生，对照组中有4例患者发生并发症，其中包括1例脏器损伤，1例气体栓塞，2例术后腹腔粘连，两组并发症发生情况比较具有明显差异(P<0．05)。结论腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢囊肿具有良好的临床疗效，值得在临床应用上推广。
목적：분석복강경수술치료란소낭종림상료효。방법선취아원2011년12월~2012년12월수치적54례란소낭종환자작위연구대상，수궤분위관찰조여대조조，매조환자각27례。대조조채용개복수술치료，관찰조채용복강경수술치료，대량조환자적수술시간、주원시간、술중출혈량이급병발증발생정황진행분석대비。결과관찰조수술시간화주원시간명현단우대조조，술중출혈량명현소우대조조，량조수거결과비교구유명현차이(P<0．05)；관찰조환자무병발증발생，대조조중유4례환자발생병발증，기중포괄1례장기손상，1례기체전새，2례술후복강점련，량조병발증발생정황비교구유명현차이(P<0．05)。결론복강경수술치료란소낭종구유량호적림상료효，치득재림상응용상추엄。
Objective:to analyze the clinical curative ef ect of laparoscopic operation in treatment of ovarian cyst. Methods:54 patients with ovarian cysts in our hospital in 2011 December-2012 year in December were treated as the research object,randomly divided into observation group and control group,27 cases of patients in each group. The control group using open operation treatment,the observation group was treated with laparoscopic operation in the treatment of two groups,operation time,hospitalization time,postoperative hemorrhage and complications were analyzed and compared. Results: in the observation group,operation time and hospitalization time was shorter than the control group,bleeding was significantly less than that of the control group,two groups of data comparison with significant dif erence (P<0.05);the observation group patients without complications,complications occurred in 4 patients in the control group,including 1 cases of organ injury,1 cases of gas embolism,postoperative peritoneal adhesion in 2 cases,two groups of complications compared with a significant dif erence (P<0.05). Conclusion:laparoscopic operation for the treatment of ovarian cyst with good clinical ef icacy,is worthy to be popularized in clinical application.
