目的：对老龄患者行人工髋关节置换手术围手术期护理方法进行总结。方法对55例行人工髋关节置换术的患者进行个体化的护理和早期康复训练。结果通过个体化的围手术期的治疗及护理，患者心理状态稳定、均顺利完成置换手术。结论围手术期护理对老龄患者的治疗要给予重视，尤其要做好老龄患者术前及术后的心理护理，专科护理；术后早期康复训练是保证和巩固手术效果、促进功能恢复的重要方法。
목적：대노령환자행인공관관절치환수술위수술기호리방법진행총결。방법대55례행인공관관절치환술적환자진행개체화적호리화조기강복훈련。결과통과개체화적위수술기적치료급호리，환자심리상태은정、균순리완성치환수술。결론위수술기호리대노령환자적치료요급여중시，우기요주호노령환자술전급술후적심리호리，전과호리；술후조기강복훈련시보증화공고수술효과、촉진공능회복적중요방법。
Objective: to aged patients with hip joint replacement operation nursing in the peri operation period method summary. Methods: nursing and early rehabilitation training of individual of 55 cases of artificial hip joint replacement patients. Results: the treatment and nursing of individual peri operation period, the psychological state of patients with stable, were successful y completed the replacement operation. Conclusion: the perioperative treatment operation period nursing on aged patients should be given at ention, especial y to do psychological nursing of aged patients, preoperative and postoperative nursing; early postoperative rehabilitation training is to ensure and consolidate the operation ef ect, promote the important method of functional recovery.
