目的：分析儿童急性呼吸道感染病原体检验结果，为临床治疗提供可靠依据。方法回顾性总结在我院进行治疗的急性呼吸道患儿78例检验资料。结果所有患儿中抗体检验结果为阳性者30例（38.5%）,不同年龄段患儿的病原体检出率的差异性具有统计学意义（P<0.05），病原体检验结果中，支原体的阳性率最高（30例，38.5%），其检出率随着年龄的增长呈现逐渐增大的趋势，其次是流感病毒和腺病毒，另外有混合感染现象者36例（50%）。结论儿童急性呼吸道感染的主要病原体是支原体、流感病毒和腺病毒，病原体的检出率与年龄相关，急性呼吸道感染患儿多发混合感染。
목적：분석인동급성호흡도감염병원체검험결과，위림상치료제공가고의거。방법회고성총결재아원진행치료적급성호흡도환인78례검험자료。결과소유환인중항체검험결과위양성자30례（38.5%）,불동년령단환인적병원체검출솔적차이성구유통계학의의（P<0.05），병원체검험결과중，지원체적양성솔최고（30례，38.5%），기검출솔수착년령적증장정현축점증대적추세，기차시류감병독화선병독，령외유혼합감염현상자36례（50%）。결론인동급성호흡도감염적주요병원체시지원체、류감병독화선병독，병원체적검출솔여년령상관，급성호흡도감염환인다발혼합감염。
Objective: to analysis pathogen test results in children with acute respiratory tract infection,and provide a reliable basis for clinical treatment. Methods:reviewing in our hospital for treatment of 78 cases of children with acute respiratory tract test data. Results: the test results of al children in the antibody was positive in 30 cases (38.5%),dif erent age groups of pathogens from statistical y significant dif erence (P<0.05), the rate of pathogen test results,the positive rate of Mycoplasma was highest(30 cases,38.5%),the detection rate increases with age gradual y increase trend,fol owed by influenza virus and adenovirus, and mixed infection in 36 cases (50%). Conclusion: the main pathogens of acute respiratory tract infections in children's mycoplasma,influenza virus and adenovirus,pathogen detection rate with age,multiple mixed infection in children with acute respiratory tract infection.
