目的：探讨口腔种植牙技术的围手术期的护理。方法2010年1月~2012年12月，有146枚种植体置入125例患者体内，护理有术前、术中、术后护理。结果本组病例均获1~2年随访，146枚种植牙齿固定牢靠，无松动，X线显示种植体与周围牙槽骨无明显间隙。结论手术配合和围手术期精心护理，术后卫生宣教和康复治疗是种植义齿成功的不可缺失的重要因素。
목적：탐토구강충식아기술적위수술기적호리。방법2010년1월~2012년12월，유146매충식체치입125례환자체내，호리유술전、술중、술후호리。결과본조병례균획1~2년수방，146매충식아치고정뢰고，무송동，X선현시충식체여주위아조골무명현간극。결론수술배합화위수술기정심호리，술후위생선교화강복치료시충식의치성공적불가결실적중요인소。
Objective To investigate the oral implant technology peri operation period nursing. Methods from 2010 January to 2012 December, 146 implants were placed in 125 cases of patients, nursing care of preoperative, intraoperative, postoperative. Results the patients were fol owed up for 1~2 years, 146 implant teeth fixed firmly, without loose, X-ray showed alveolar bone around implant with no obvious gap. Conclusion the operation and peri operation period nursing, postoperative health education and rehabilitation is an important factor that can't be missing implant success.
