目的:了解湘西地区人群癌胚抗原(CEA)水平分布情况,为相关疾病的防治提供科学依据。方法对625例体检人员进行空腹抽血,分离血清,采用化学发光法测定CEA值进行统计分析。结果男性人群CEA水平及其阳性率高于女性(t=11.41,P<0.001;χ2=31.13,P<0.01);随着年龄增大,体检人群CEA水平及其阳性率都明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);广铁集团人群CEA水平及其阳性率高于非广铁集团(P<0.01),而非广铁四个组别之间无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论加强对高年龄组人群(>50岁)尤其是男性人群CEA水平的监测,同时要加强对铁路部门工作人员CEA水平的监测,以便对高危人群实行早期干预。

Objective To investigate the situation of Carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA) levels of people in xiangxi region, so as to take precaution measures on related disease accordingly. Methods A total of 625 physical examination personnel were taken blood on an empty stomach, and the serum was isolated. The chemilumine -scence method was used to determine the CEA value, and the statistical analysis was adopted to analyse the data. Results The CEA level and positive incidence of male group were significantly higher than the female group (t =11.41,P<0.001;X2=31.13,P<0.01); the CEA level and positive incidence increased with age, and the dif erence was statistical y significant (P<0.01); the CEA level and positive rate of Guangzhou railway group were higher than other groups, with significant dif erence (P<0.01), however there was no statistical dif erence in the other four groups(P>0.05). Conclusion The surveil ance of CEA level in the high age group, especial y in male group and railway group, should be strengthened to perform early intervention on high-risk groups.
