目的：观察黄连降糖片干预糖调节受损的临床疗效。方法选择本院门诊经OGTT实验确诊的IGR患者60例。随机分治疗组32例，对照组28例，治疗组口服黄连降糖片；对照组口服盐酸二甲双胍片。结果治疗组总有效率87.5％；对照组总有效率85.71％。治疗组降低胰高血糖素水平明显优于对照组。结论黄连降糖片可有效治疗糖调节受损，控制血糖水平，减轻胰岛素抵抗，疗效肯定。
목적：관찰황련강당편간예당조절수손적림상료효。방법선택본원문진경OGTT실험학진적IGR환자60례。수궤분치료조32례，대조조28례，치료조구복황련강당편；대조조구복염산이갑쌍고편。결과치료조총유효솔87.5％；대조조총유효솔85.71％。치료조강저이고혈당소수평명현우우대조조。결론황련강당편가유효치료당조절수손，공제혈당수평，감경이도소저항，료효긍정。
Objective: To observe the clinical ef ect of impaired glucose regulation huanglianjiangtang tablets intervention. Methods: the clinic in 60 cases with OGTT confirmed IGR patients. Randomly divided into the treatment group of 32 cases, 28 cases in the control group, the treatment group oral huanglianjiangtang tablets; the control group oral Metformin Hydrochloride Tablets. Results: the treatment group total ef ective rate 87.5%; control group, the total ef iciency of 85.71%. The treatment group decreased glucagon levels were significantly bet er than the control group. Conclusion: Huanglian Jiangtang Tablet can be ef ective in the treatment of impaired glucose regulation, control of blood glucose levels, insulin resistance, ef icacy.
