目的:观察复方樟柳碱联合银杏达莫治疗前部缺血性视神经病变(AION)的临床疗效。方法选取临床确诊的AION患者76例(94只眼),其中40例(48只眼)接受联合治疗(治疗组);另外36例(46只眼)接受常规治疗(对照组)。对照组应用溶栓抗凝剂、血管扩张剂静滴治疗,治疗组给予银杏达莫、复方樟柳碱治疗。均以14d为1个疗程。两组用药后每天观察视力、眼底变化,治疗前有视野检查者复查视野。结果视力疗效:总有效率治疗组为87.50%,对照组为71.74%;视野疗效:总有效率治疗组为91.67%,对照组为60.87%。治疗组视力和视野总有效率均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方樟柳碱联合银杏达莫治疗前部缺血性视神经病变有效。

목적:관찰복방장류감연합은행체막치료전부결혈성시신경병변(AION)적림상료효。방법선취림상학진적AION환자76례(94지안),기중40례(48지안)접수연합치료(치료조);령외36례(46지안)접수상규치료(대조조)。대조조응용용전항응제、혈관확장제정적치료,치료조급여은행체막、복방장류감치료。균이14d위1개료정。량조용약후매천관찰시력、안저변화,치료전유시야검사자복사시야。결과시력료효:총유효솔치료조위87.50%,대조조위71.74%;시야료효:총유효솔치료조위91.67%,대조조위60.87%。치료조시력화시야총유효솔균명현우우대조조(P<0.05)。결론복방장류감연합은행체막치료전부결혈성시신경병변유효。
Objective:To observe the ef icacy of therapy Yinxingdamo and Compound anisodine on AION. Methods:In 76 patients (94eyes) who were diagnosed as with AION,40patients(48eyes) were treated with therapy(treatment group),and the other 36patients(46eyes) were treated with Conventional treatment(control group),including thrombolytic coagulan and vasodilator (once per day);gluco-corticosteroid and 654-2 (every week for1~3times).two groups have the same period of treatment of 14 days. The changes of visual acuity and ocular fundus of the patients after injection were recorded,and the visual field was counterchecked in the patients who had been examined before the treatment. Results:The visual acuity was bet er in treatment group than which incontrol group with a significant dif erence (P<0.05);In treatment group,the therapy was ef ective to87.5%;In control group,the therapy was ef ective to71.7%;Conclusions:therapy Yinxingdamo and Compound anisodine is ef icacious in treatment of AION.
