目的：探讨腹腔镜阑尾切除术在临床上的应用价值。方法回顾我院2012年1月~12月76例急性阑尾炎患者行腹腔镜阑尾切除术。结果术后1例发生切口感染，腹腔脓肿1例，无其他并发症，明显优于开腹组。结论腹腔镜阑尾切除术具有明确诊断、创伤小、痛苦少、住院时间短、并发症少并具有美容效果等优点。
目的：探討腹腔鏡闌尾切除術在臨床上的應用價值。方法迴顧我院2012年1月~12月76例急性闌尾炎患者行腹腔鏡闌尾切除術。結果術後1例髮生切口感染，腹腔膿腫1例，無其他併髮癥，明顯優于開腹組。結論腹腔鏡闌尾切除術具有明確診斷、創傷小、痛苦少、住院時間短、併髮癥少併具有美容效果等優點。
목적：탐토복강경란미절제술재림상상적응용개치。방법회고아원2012년1월~12월76례급성란미염환자행복강경란미절제술。결과술후1례발생절구감염，복강농종1례，무기타병발증，명현우우개복조。결론복강경란미절제술구유명학진단、창상소、통고소、주원시간단、병발증소병구유미용효과등우점。
Objective: To evaluate laparoscopic appendectomy in clinical application. Methods: Retrospective from January 2012 to December 2012 76 cases of acute appendicitis in patients undergoing laparoscopic appendectomy. Results: 76 cases of laparoscopic group only 1 case of postoperative wound infection, abdominal abscess in 1 case, no other complications, significantly bet er than the open group. Conclusion: Laparoscopic appendectomy with a clear diagnosis, trauma, less pain, shorter hospital stay, fewer complications and has a cosmetic ef ect, etc., has become the preferred surgical appendectomy one.
