目的:探讨血液成分输注在救治外科患者手术中大出血的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析32例大量输注血液成分患者的临床资料,统计分析患者输注悬浮红细胞、新鲜冰冻血浆、机采血小板等血液成分的种类和剂量以及输注后的不良反应。结果32例大出血患者经及时、恰当的输注血液成分救治后出血症状均得到有效控制,并取得满意的效果;输注量最大的血液成分是悬浮红细胞。结论成分输血在外科患者手术中大出血时及时、合理应用可取得满意的治疗效果,为手术顺利进行提供了良好的机会,但在各种血液成分用量上有较大差异,应根据患者的出血状况及检查指标输注不同的血液成分。

목적:탐토혈액성분수주재구치외과환자수술중대출혈적림상료효。방법회고성분석32례대량수주혈액성분환자적림상자료,통계분석환자수주현부홍세포、신선빙동혈장、궤채혈소판등혈액성분적충류화제량이급수주후적불량반응。결과32례대출혈환자경급시、흡당적수주혈액성분구치후출혈증상균득도유효공제,병취득만의적효과;수주량최대적혈액성분시현부홍세포。결론성분수혈재외과환자수술중대출혈시급시、합리응용가취득만의적치료효과,위수술순리진행제공료량호적궤회,단재각충혈액성분용량상유교대차이,응근거환자적출혈상황급검사지표수주불동적혈액성분。
Objective To investigate the clinical ef ect of blood component transfusion in the treatment of surgical operation in patients with massive hemorrhage. Methods a retrospective analysis of 32 cases clinical data of blood components lose injection in patients with statistical analysis, the type and dose of infusion in patients with suspended red blood cells, fresh frozen plasma, platelet and blood constituents and adverse reactions after transfusion. Results 32 cases of bleeding in patients with timely, appropriate transfusion components for medical treatment after the bleeding was control ed ef ectively, and achieved satisfactory ef ect; transfusion of blood components is the largest of the suspended red blood cells. Conclusion Therapeutic ef ect of timely, reasonable application can obtain satisfactory conclusion blood component transfusion in surgical patients with massive hemorrhage in operation, provides a good opportunity for the operation smoothly, but there are great dif erences in the various blood components should be based on the amount of blood components, bleeding in patients with status and examination index of infusion of dif erent.
