目的:探讨血液灌流(HP)联合血液透析(HD)对尿毒症透析患者同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)及超敏C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子α等炎症因子的影响。方法选择尿毒症透析患者50例,分为单纯血液透析组(HD组)和血液灌流联合血液透析组(HP+HD组),每组25例,检测治疗前和治疗8w后血清 Hcy及 CRP、TNF-α的水平,同时测定治疗前后血红蛋白的水平。结果 HP+HD组治疗8w后Hcy及CRP、TNF-α的水平均低于HD组治疗后,差异具有统计学异议(P<0.01),HP+HD组治疗8w后血红蛋白较治疗前升高,差异具有统计学异议(P<0.01)。结论 HP联合HD治疗尿毒症患者可有效降低 Hcy水平,并改善微炎症状态,改善贫血。

목적:탐토혈액관류(HP)연합혈액투석(HD)대뇨독증투석환자동형반광안산(Hcy)급초민C반응단백、종류배사인자α등염증인자적영향。방법선택뇨독증투석환자50례,분위단순혈액투석조(HD조)화혈액관류연합혈액투석조(HP+HD조),매조25례,검측치료전화치료8w후혈청 Hcy급 CRP、TNF-α적수평,동시측정치료전후혈홍단백적수평。결과 HP+HD조치료8w후Hcy급CRP、TNF-α적수평균저우HD조치료후,차이구유통계학이의(P<0.01),HP+HD조치료8w후혈홍단백교치료전승고,차이구유통계학이의(P<0.01)。결론 HP연합HD치료뇨독증환자가유효강저 Hcy수평,병개선미염증상태,개선빈혈。
Objective To evaluate the blood perfusion (HP) combined hemodialysis (HD) in patients with uremia hemodialysis homocysteine (Hcy) and al ergic inflammation, such as c-reactive protein and tumor necrosis factor alpha factor influence. Methods 50 patients with uremia hemodialysis, divided into pure hemodialysis (HD) and blood perfusion combined hemodialysis group (HP+HD group), 25 cases in each group, test before and after 8 weeks treatment serum Hcy and CRP, the level of TNF alpha, at the same time to determine the level of hemoglobin before and after the treatment. Results HP+HD group 8 weeks after treatment Hcy and CRP, the level of TNF alpha were lower than that of HD group after treatment, the dif erence statistical y discrepancy (P<0.01), the HP+HD group 8 weeks after treatment hemoglobin was higher, the dif erence statistical y discrepancy (P<0.01). Conclusion HP with HD therapy uremia patients can ef ectively reduce the Hcy level, and improve the inflammatory state, improve anemia.
