目的：探讨血清尿酸与高血压患者心房颤动的关系及临床意义。方法：选取我院收治的120例房颤患者，根据这120例患者的房颤类型分别分为阵发性房颤组和持续性房颤组，两组患者分别为55例、65例，再选取同期在我院体检的76例体检者组成对照组组。对这三组人员的血尿酸、心脏彩超进行检测，同时记录每组的既往患病史和用药情况。结果：三组经过年龄、运用β体阻滞剂、尿酸水平、左心室直径和射血分数这5各方面的比较，其间差异有统计学研究意义（P＜0．05），且研究显示以上列举的因素与房颤发生存在密切关系，尤其是尿酸水平和左心室射血分数是房颤发生的独立危险因素。结论：血清尿酸作为一个易被监测的房颤危险因子，为研究高血压患者房颤机制增添一个研究方向。

목적：탐토혈청뇨산여고혈압환자심방전동적관계급림상의의。방법：선취아원수치적120례방전환자，근거저120례환자적방전류형분별분위진발성방전조화지속성방전조，량조환자분별위55례、65례，재선취동기재아원체검적76례체검자조성대조조조。대저삼조인원적혈뇨산、심장채초진행검측，동시기록매조적기왕환병사화용약정황。결과：삼조경과년령、운용β체조체제、뇨산수평、좌심실직경화사혈분수저5각방면적비교，기간차이유통계학연구의의（P＜0．05），차연구현시이상열거적인소여방전발생존재밀절관계，우기시뇨산수평화좌심실사혈분수시방전발생적독립위험인소。결론：혈청뇨산작위일개역피감측적방전위험인자，위연구고혈압환자방전궤제증첨일개연구방향。
Objective :to study the relationship between serum uric acid and hypertension in patients with atrial fibrillation and its clinical signifi -cance .Methods :Selection our hospital 120 cases of patients with atrial fibrillation ,depending on the type of the 120 patients of atrial fibrillation were divided into paroxysmal af and persistent af group ,two groups of patients with 55 cases ,65 cases respectively ,then select during the same period of 76 cases in our hospital medical check -up control way .Of these three groups of blood uric acid ,heart colour to exceed ,at the same time record the history of disease and drug use situation in each group .Results :the three groups by age ,use of beta blockers ,uric acid level ,left ventricular diameter and ejection fraction ,the five aspects of comparison ,meanwhile differences was statistically significance (P<0 .05) ,and studies show that the above listed factors there is a close relationship with atrial fibrillation ,especially the uric acid level and left ventricular ejection fraction are independent risk factors for the development of af .Conclusion:serum uric acid as an easy by monitoring the risk factors for atrial fibrillation ,for the study of high blood pressure in patients with atrial fibrillation mechanism to add a research direction .
