基于语码转换式双语教学的教育理念，以在双语教学过程中促进专业知识和英语水平的有机结合和共同提高为目的，本文提出了“课堂教学拓展平台＋课外双语创新平台”的双语教学拓展平台。文中详细论述了拓展平台的具体内容和实施目标，并对该平台的进一步完善和丰富提出了设想和建议。实践证明：该平台拓展了学生学习英语的途径和环境，提高学生的英语水平，是培养既懂专业又懂外语，并且具有创新精神的“专业＋外语”复合型人才的有效途径。

Based on the educational philosophy of bilingual teaching using codes switching ,setting the combination and common advancement of specialty and English knowledge as final goal ,the expanding platform for bilingual teaching constructed by expanding platform in class and extracurricular innovative platform was presented in the paper .The contents and implementing objective of the expanding platform were discussed in detail ,and the tentative ideas and advises for improving and enriching the platform were also be proposed .Practice proves that the platform has expanded the ways and environments to study English ,and it is an effective way to improve students’ English level and training compound talents who know either specialty or English ,as well as with a spirit of innovation .
