对广西龙头文化产品《印象·刘三姐》的产品生命周期进行分析,可知其已进入衰退期。内容缺乏创新,未形成文化产品产业链,服务质量不高是产品成熟期过于短暂的原因。延长《印象·刘三姐》产品生命周期的对策,包括更新演出节目内容,着手新产品开发,构建产品产业链等。

An analysis of the lifecycle of "Impression of Third Sister Liu", a leading cultural product of Guangxi gives us some ideas that short product mature period is attributed to its being in recession. lack of in-novative contents, lack of cultural products industry chain and low service quality. The strategies for extending the lifecycle of "Impression of the Third Sister Liu", include renewal of the performance contents, development of new products and construction of products industry chain.
