目的：探讨消毒供应室与临床科室之间如何通过沟通协调，做到互相配合，提高供应室人员的责任心、积极性，提高无菌物品使用质量，与临床科室需求达到更和谐、畅通、安全、满意的效果。方法针对供应室与临床科室存在的问题，制定相关沟通制度与方法，对照实施前与实施后的效果。结果实施良好的沟通制度与沟通方法后，临床科室无菌物品使用合格率，对供应室的满意度，供应室人员的积极性均有显著的提高（P＜0.05）。结论制定合理的沟通制度，实施良好的沟通方法，对临床合理、正确使用无菌物品，提高供应室人员工作积极性，提高供应室工作质量和服务水平，使供应室与临床科室的互动达到和谐、满意、安全具有重大意义。
목적：탐토소독공응실여림상과실지간여하통과구통협조，주도호상배합，제고공응실인원적책임심、적겁성，제고무균물품사용질량，여림상과실수구체도경화해、창통、안전、만의적효과。방법침대공응실여림상과실존재적문제，제정상관구통제도여방법，대조실시전여실시후적효과。결과실시량호적구통제도여구통방법후，림상과실무균물품사용합격솔，대공응실적만의도，공응실인원적적겁성균유현저적제고（P＜0.05）。결론제정합리적구통제도，실시량호적구통방법，대림상합리、정학사용무균물품，제고공응실인원공작적겁성，제고공응실공작질량화복무수평，사공응실여림상과실적호동체도화해、만의、안전구유중대의의。
Objective: to probe into the issue of how to improve the sense of responsibility and enthusiasm of the staff of the supply house,enhence the effectiveness of the use of aseptic supplies and satisfy the need of clinical departments better through communication and cooperation between the supply room and clinical departments.Methods: Establish related communication system and methods according to the existing problems between the supply house and clinical departments. Compare the results before and after it. Results: Qualified rate of aseptic supplies in the practise of clinical departments, satisfaction with supply house and enthusiasm of the staff of supply house have significant improvement after the implementation of the communication system and methods(P<0.05).Conclusions: Reasonable communication system and methods have great significance in the proper clinical use of aseptic supplies, improving the enthusiasm and quality of work and service of the staff of the supply house and more harmonious,satisfactory and safe interaction between the supply house and clinical departments.
