为了解提篮桥社区居民对家庭医生制服务的需求与顾虑，探索符合社区居民实际需求的家庭医生制服务。本研究通过问卷形式调查社区居民对家庭医生制需求、顾虑，简析家庭医生制服务签约环境、服务界定、面临困难，为下一步家庭医生制的推广实施奠定基础。
為瞭解提籃橋社區居民對傢庭醫生製服務的需求與顧慮，探索符閤社區居民實際需求的傢庭醫生製服務。本研究通過問捲形式調查社區居民對傢庭醫生製需求、顧慮，簡析傢庭醫生製服務籤約環境、服務界定、麵臨睏難，為下一步傢庭醫生製的推廣實施奠定基礎。

In order to understand the basket of community residents to the needs and concerns of the family doctor service system, to explore the practical demand of residents of the community family doctor service system. In this study, through questionnaire of community residents to the family doctor system needs, concerns, of the family doctor service system, service contracting environment definition, facing difficulties, to lay the foundation for the promotion of family doctor system next step.
