邵阳地理气候条件适宜于蔬菜的生长，近年邵阳市蔬菜产业规模逐渐壮大，区域生产布局比较合理，产业化经营水平稳步提升；但也存在生产基地建设落后，产品加工技术和储存设施滞后，从业人员素质有待提高，质量监管系统不完善等问题。基于此，提出大力开发特色蔬菜产业，积极推进科技兴菜，加强蔬菜生产信息监测预警等促进邵阳市蔬菜产业发展的若干对策。
소양지리기후조건괄의우소채적생장，근년소양시소채산업규모축점장대，구역생산포국비교합리，산업화경영수평은보제승；단야존재생산기지건설락후，산품가공기술화저존설시체후，종업인원소질유대제고，질량감관계통불완선등문제。기우차，제출대력개발특색소채산업，적겁추진과기흥채，가강소채생산신식감측예경등촉진소양시소채산업발전적약간대책。
The geographic and climatic conditions are suitable for vegetable growth. In recent years, the scale of vegetable industry in Shaoyang city is gradually increasing, the distribution of regional production is relatively reasonable, and the management level of industrialization is stable increase. But there are some problems in developing process of vegetable industry, such as lack in construction of producing base, lag of processing techniques and storage facilities, imperfect quality supervision system, low quality of employee, etc.. According to the problems, some suggestions were put forward to promoting development of vegetable industry in Shaoyang city with the background that a huge developing in vegetable industry and fierce competition in vegetable market in China for now, which including strengthening macro-control and supporting degree of government, effective supervision of product quality, vigorous development of characteristic vegetable industry, improving construction of vegetable cooperative organization, actively increasing technical degree for vegetable industry, establishing monitoring and early warning system for vegetable producing information, etc..
