对辣椒根结线虫病的危害及其近年来有关辣椒根结线虫病抗病性鉴定和抗病性研究等方面进行了综述,并对辣椒根结线虫病的抗性育种研究进行了展望。根结线虫主要危害辣椒根部,侵入辣椒后,在侧根上形成根结,破坏寄主对营养和水分的吸收能力;辣椒根结线虫病抗病性鉴定的首选方法是苗期接种法,抗感指标的分级主要有卵块指数、根瘤指数和繁殖系数等3种方法;辣椒的野生资源中存在许多抗线虫基因资源,目前至少发现了10个显性单基因控制辣椒对根结线虫的抗性。

It summarized the damages of root-knot nematode of capsicum and the identification of disease resistance of capsicum to root-knot nematode in recent years. Moreover, the prospects of breeding capsicum varieties which resist to root-knot nematode were viewed. The root-knot nematode mainly damages the roots of capsicum, and it will form a root knot on lateral root when it invaded into capsicum, thereby damaging the absorbing ability of host plant to nutrition and water. The first choice for identifying disease resistance of capsicum to root-knot nematode is inoculation method in seedling stage, and the classification of anti-infective indexes mainly has three methods, including egg mass index, root nodule index and propagation coefficient. There are a lot of nematode resistant gene resources in wild capsicum resources, and at least 10 single dominant genes had been found to control the resistance of capsicum to root-knot nematode.
