介绍了农业生产中氮的来源及其同化利用,综述氮素对柑橘生理生化代谢、营养生长和生殖生长的影响;阐述了叶绿素生物合成过程中的关键酶基因及氮素营养对这些基因的调控与影响;以及柑橘氮素营养对果实品质形成的重要作用。并对氮素在柑橘栽培生理上的研究方向进行了展望,以期为改良优质高效柑橘生产调控措施提供理论依据。

The sources and the assimilation of nitrogen during agricultural production were introduced at first. Then, the effects of nitrogen on physiological and biochemical metabolism of citrus were reviewed, as well as on citrus vegetative growth and reproductive growth. Moreover, the genes of the key enzymes for chlorophyll biosynthesis were described; the regulation and the influences of nitrogen on these genes were introduced; the significance of nitrogen to quality of citrus fruit was also expounded. In the end, the direction for further studying the effects of nitrogen on cultivation physiology of citrus was viewed.
