菌渣中不仅含有植物生长所必需的大量元素,还含有植物可直接吸收利用的有机质,在农业生产上具有很高的利用价值,文章综述了菌渣的理化特性、营养成分,菌渣作为蔬菜育苗基质和栽培基质的研究现状,并指出今后对菌渣的利用研究中应注意菌渣的发酵处理工艺,与其他基质复配的理化性状和适应范围。

Mushroom residue is not only containing many necessary major elements for plant growing, but also contains the organic matters that plant can directly absorb and use, so it has high use value during agricultural production. This article summarized the physical and chemical properties and the nutritional components of mushroom residues, as well as the status quo of mushroom residues used as matrix for vegetable seedling raising and cultivation. Moreover, it pointed out some notable points for further research on utilization of mushroom residue, such as fermentation technology for mushroom residue, the physical and chemical characteristics and the suitability range of mushroom residue combined with the other matrix, and so on.
