利用SRAP标记研究了46份湖南柚类地方种质资源及近缘种的遗传多样性与亲缘关系。结果表明:17对SRAP引物组合从供试材料中共检测出283条扩增带,平均每对引物组合可检测到16.6条;其中多态性条带235条,多态性比例83.0%;基因多态性信息量(PIC)变幅为0.4317~0.7700,平均为0.5443;获得了22个SRAP特异性标记。 UPGMA聚类结果显示,46份柚类资源及近缘种在欧式遗传距离0.795时分成7个组群,其中40份柚类品种被归类为5个组群,主要由沙田柚品种群、文旦柚品种群和杂种柚品种群组成,聚类结果呈现出明显的地域生态特征。

Using SRAP marker, the genetic diversity and the relationship between 46 samples of germplasm resources and related species of pummelo in Hunan province were researched. The results showed that 283 amplified bands were detected out of the tested materials with 17 pairs of SRAP primer combination with an average of 16.6 bands per primer combination, in which there were 235 polymorphic bands with the polymorphic rate of 83.0%; the amplitude of polymorphism information content (PIC) was 0.431 7~0.770 0 with an average of 0.544 3;22 SRAP specific markers were obtained. The UPGMA clustering results showed that 46 pieces of pummelo resources and related species were divided into seven groups when European genetic distance was 0.795, in which 40 pummelo varieties were relegated into five groups, mainly including Shatianyou group, Wendanyou group and hybrid group. Moreover, the clustering results also indicated significantly regional ecological characteristics.
