为促进西部山区现代农业建设，在现代农业园区规划方法综述基础上，结合贵州省现代农业发展的特定条件和县级规划实际，探讨了现代高效农业示范园区规划重点和规划评价方法，阐述了园区规划在指导思想、原则、定位和目标确立等几个方面的重点内容，尤其是强调了规划评价工作在园区规划中的作用，提出了规划评价的具体方法，为提高园区规划的预测性、科学性和权威性提供了借鉴。
為促進西部山區現代農業建設，在現代農業園區規劃方法綜述基礎上，結閤貴州省現代農業髮展的特定條件和縣級規劃實際，探討瞭現代高效農業示範園區規劃重點和規劃評價方法，闡述瞭園區規劃在指導思想、原則、定位和目標確立等幾箇方麵的重點內容，尤其是彊調瞭規劃評價工作在園區規劃中的作用，提齣瞭規劃評價的具體方法，為提高園區規劃的預測性、科學性和權威性提供瞭藉鑒。

In order to promote the construction of modern agriculture in mountain area of western China, on the basis of reviewing the planning methods for modern agriculture garden and combining the specific conditions of modern agriculture development in Guizhou Province and the local conditions for county-level planning, the planning focal points of modern and efficient agriculture demonstration garden and the planning evaluation methods were discussed. Then, it put forward the focal points for garden planning, including guidance ideology, principle, positioning and goal determine; it especially focused on the role of planning evaluation in garden planning, and gave the detail methods for planning evaluation, thus providing reference for improving level and authoritativeness of garden planning.
