为了充分发掘乙酰氨基阿维菌素的应用潜力,对乙酰氨基阿维菌素口服液的制备工艺进行了研究。结果表明:以乙醇为主的混合溶剂作为溶媒介质,以聚山梨酯80作为稳定剂制备的乙酰氨基阿维菌素口服液,其有效成分含量达98.7%左右;在光照强度为(4500±500)Lx,温度为40℃条件下,保存1个月后,口服液的外观色泽无明显变化,且有效成分含量基本保持不变。研究结果说明该制备工艺操作简单,适用于产业化生产,具有较大的开发应用前景。

위료충분발굴을선안기아유균소적응용잠력,대을선안기아유균소구복액적제비공예진행료연구。결과표명:이을순위주적혼합용제작위용매개질,이취산리지80작위은정제제비적을선안기아유균소구복액,기유효성분함량체98.7%좌우;재광조강도위(4500±500)Lx,온도위40℃조건하,보존1개월후,구복액적외관색택무명현변화,차유효성분함량기본보지불변。연구결과설명해제비공예조작간단,괄용우산업화생산,구유교대적개발응용전경。
To fully develop the potential of eprinomectin, the preparation technology of eprinomectin oral liquid was studied. The results showed that taking the ethanol dominated mixing solvent as solvent medium and the polysorbate 80 as stabilizing agent to produce eprinomectin oral liquid, of which the effective component content reached around 98.7%;stored at 40℃ with light intensity of (4 500±500) Lx for a month, the oral liquid had no significant change in appearance and color, and the effective component content almost kept the same. Therefore, this preparation technology is simple to operate and suits for industrialization, thus having great developing potential.
