以宁明县2007～2010年经济社会发展情况为现实基础，从生产性、稳定性、保护性、经济性、社会可接受性5个方面构建了宁明县土地可持续利用评价指标体系，并采用均方差法确定5大准则层及各指标层的权重，以综合分析法计算其结果。结果表明：2007～2010年宁明县土地利用程度总体处于基本可持续阶段。根据分析结果提出了相关的对策建议。

The way and the structure of land utilization have undergone profound changes in process of achieving balanced development.The study was based on the realistic foundation about economic and social development of NingMing County from the period 2007 to 2010. It has built an evaluation system of the sustainable land use of NingMing County which involved five aspects: productivity, stabilisation, protectiveness, economy and social acceptability respectively. The results were calculated from the comprehensive analysis according to the mean variance method, which helped to confirm the five criteria layers and weight of each index level. And, the results have showed clearly that the sustainable land use of NingMing County from 2007 to 2010 was at a basic sustainable stage.
