利用相关性分析对辽宁、河南、四川和福建等4个地区批次配方打叶片烟结构进行了初步研究。结果表明:4个试验批次中,福建批次的指标和稳定性最好,河南批次的稳定性最差。批次内和批次间片烟结构各项指标变化规律不同,随着大片率的增加,中片率降低,大中片率增加;随着中片率增加,大片率减少,其余指标变化不明显;随着大中片率增加,大片率和>6.35 mm叶片率增加;随着>6.35 mm叶片率增加,大中片率(>12.70 mm)增加,碎片率(<3.18 mm)减小。粗梗率与叶中含梗率呈现相同的变化规律。在打叶复烤过程中,应控制大片率、提高中片率、降低叶中含梗率。

The variation of each indicator of strip structure from Liaoning, Henan, Sichuan and Fujian were investigated with correlation analysis. The results showed that among the four batches, the indicators and the stability of strips from Fujian were the best, while the stability of strips from Henan was the worst. The variation rules of each indicator of strip structure within the same batch and between different batches were different, namely the long and medium particle (>12.70 mm) rate increased with increasing long particle (over 25.40 mm) rate, while the medium particle (12.70~25.40 mm) rate decreased;the other indexes changed not obviously with increasing medium particle rate and decreasing long particle rate;the long particle rate and the rate of particle over 6.35 mm increased with increasing long and medium particle rate; the long and medium particle rate increased and the fine particle (<3.18 mm) rate decreased with increasing rate of particle over 6.35 mm. The thick stalk rate and the stem rate in lamina had the same variation rule. In the process of tobacco threshing and redrying, the long particle rate should be controlled, the medium particle rate should be increased, and the stem rate in lamina should be decreased.
