环京津经济圈的建设为新生代农民工就业与发展带来了极好的机遇，许多农民工尤其是新生代农民工融入城市有着强烈的诉求，迫切想摆脱“双向边缘人”的尴尬局面，但是农民工融入城市的形势依然严峻。在分析新生代农民工融入城市的自身限制因素和外面制约因素的基础上，提出新生代农民工全面提升自己、国家政府加强科技与资金投入、健全相关保障制度与政策、社会组织应加大对新生代农民工的关注力度、回家就业或创业等对策建议。

The construction of Beijing-Tianjin economic circle provides a great opportunity and creates a lot of jobs for new generation of migrate workers. Large number of migrate workers, especially new generation of migrate workers, have strong will to integrated into city, and urgently want to get rid of the situation of bi-directional marginal identity, but it is hard to integrate into city for migrate workers for now. On the basis of analyzing the self restricting factors of migrate workers and environmental restricting factors, the corresponding suggestions were put forward, such as new generation of migrate workers should fully improve themselves quality, and obtain employment or start business at hometown;government should strengthen technological and financial input, and perfect correlated assurance system and policy;social organization should pay more attention to the new generation of migrate workers.
