随着我国城镇化建设的快速发展以及农村经济体制改革的逐步深入，农业生产力水平得到了极大的提高，我国的农业发展已经进入了一个崭新的阶段。但同时也产生了如农业结构欠合理、农业劳动生产率不高、农产品生产效率不强、农民收入增长缓慢和生态环境恶化等一系列新的矛盾和问题。综合考虑经济、社会、环境、资源等因素对现代农业园区发展的影响，以鹰潭市白鹤湖农业示范园区规划为例，通过对其现状的调查，导入国内外现代农业发展的思路，结合规划的内容，尝试建立一个区域内城乡生产、生活、生态和谐的现代农业园发展模式。

With rapid development of urbanization construction and gradual deepening of reforming rural economic system, the agricultural productivity was increased greatly, and the agricultural development in China has stepped into a new phase. But it also has brought a series of new conflicts and problems such as unreasonable agricultural structure, low agricultural productivity, low efficiency in producing agricultural products, slow increase of income for farmers, and deterioration of ecological environment. Comprehensive considering the influences of economy, society, environment and resources on development of modern agricultural park and taking planning of agricultural demonstration park in Baihe Lake of Yingtan City as example, it attempted to established a developmental model of modern agriculture park with harmony in production, living and ecology for city and countryside through investigated the status quo of agricultural demonstration park in Baihe Lake and based on the ideas of modern agriculture development in China and abroad and the planning contents.
