目的：对左旋布比卡因、罗哌卡因与布比卡因低位硬膜外麻醉的临床效果进行对比分析。方法90例研究对象随机分成 a、B、c 三组各30例。均行低位硬模外麻醉，a 组以左旋布比卡因进行麻醉，B 组以罗哌卡因进行麻醉，c组以布比卡因进行麻醉。三组药物浓度均为0.5%。统计感觉阻滞起效时间、感觉阻滞平面上界、运动阻滞起效时间、运动阻滞程度等，进行对比分析。结果 a 组感觉阻滞持续时间短于 B 组和 c 组，P ＜0.05。B 组运动阻滞程度与 a组和 c 组比较，P ＜0.05，c 组运动阻滞起效时间、最大运动阻滞时间短于 a 组和 B 组，P ＜0.05。结论左旋布比卡因、罗哌卡因和布比卡因低位硬膜外麻醉具有良好的感觉和运动阻滞效果,均能较好满足手术要求，3种药物麻醉效能相似。
목적：대좌선포비잡인、라고잡인여포비잡인저위경막외마취적림상효과진행대비분석。방법90례연구대상수궤분성 a、B、c 삼조각30례。균행저위경모외마취，a 조이좌선포비잡인진행마취，B 조이라고잡인진행마취，c조이포비잡인진행마취。삼조약물농도균위0.5%。통계감각조체기효시간、감각조체평면상계、운동조체기효시간、운동조체정도등，진행대비분석。결과 a 조감각조체지속시간단우 B 조화 c 조，P ＜0.05。B 조운동조체정도여 a조화 c 조비교，P ＜0.05，c 조운동조체기효시간、최대운동조체시간단우 a 조화 B 조，P ＜0.05。결론좌선포비잡인、라고잡인화포비잡인저위경막외마취구유량호적감각화운동조체효과,균능교호만족수술요구，3충약물마취효능상사。
Objective bupivacaine, ropivacaine and bupivacaine low clinical effect of epidural anesthesia were analyzed. Conclusion bupivacaine, ropivacaine and bupivacaine epidural anesthesia with good sensory and motor block effect, can better meet the surgical requirements, three kinds of narcotic drugs similar performance.
