目的：总结了淀粉样脑血管病导致脑出血的护理体会。方法选取17例经头颅CT、MR磁敏感成像(SWI)或手术病理确认为CAA-ICH住院患者应用脑出血临床护理路径(CNP)；出院后序贯护理随访指导。结果17例患者均好转出院，随访中5例失访，2例复发脑出血死亡，3例病情加重，其余病情平稳。结论 SWI有助于脑出血的病因学分型，临床护理路径对于CAA-ICH患者有帮助，随访期间的序贯护理指导尤其重要。

Objective Experience from the nursing of cerebral hemorrhage in conclusion amyloid angiopathy (CAA). Methods 17 cases by the magnetic sensitive head CT, MR imaging (SWI) or surgical pathology confirmed as CAA-application of hospitalized patients with ICH cerebral hemorrhage clinical nursing path (CNP); then giving the sequential follow-up care after discharge guidance. Results 17 patients were all improved, in above 5 patients lost to follow-up, 2 cases died because of recurrent cerebral hemorrhage, 3 cases were aggravating, the condition of the rest were stable. Conclusion SWI is help to the cause of hemorrhage credits, clinical nursing pathway is a great help for patients with CAA-ICH, and the sequential nursing instruction is particularly important during the follow-up period.
