目的分析奥美拉唑联合法莫替丁治疗反流性食管炎的临床疗效.方法收集2012年1月至2013年1月本院收治的70例反流性食管炎患者临床资料,遵循随机原则将患者分为对照组与治疗组各35例.对照组采取奥美拉唑治疗,治疗组采取奥美拉唑联合法莫替丁治疗,最后分析两组患者的临床效果.结果治疗组患者总有效率为97.14％,对照组总有效率为65.71％,两组患者总有效率对比,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论给予反流性食管炎患者奥美拉唑联合法莫替丁治疗,不良反应比较少,治疗效果明显,安全有效,值得临床推广应用.
목적 분석오미랍서연합법막체정치료반류성식관염적림상료효.방법 수집2012년1월지2013년1월본원수치적70례반류성식관염환자림상자료,준순수궤원칙장환자분위대조조여치료조각35례.대조조채취오미랍서치료,치료조채취오미랍서연합법막체정치료,최후분석량조환자적림상효과.결과 치료조환자총유효솔위97.14％,대조조총유효솔위65.71％,량조환자총유효솔대비,차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05).결론 급여반류성식관염환자오미랍서연합법막체정치료,불량반응비교소,치료효과명현,안전유효,치득림상추엄응용.
Objective To analyze the clinical curative effect of omeprazole combined with famotidine for the treatment of reflux esophagitis.Methods We collected clinical data of 70 patients with reflux esophagitis admitted in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2013,the cases were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with omeprazole,the treatment group was treated with omeprazole combined with famotidine,the clinical effect of two groups was compared and analyzed.Result The total effective rate of treatment group was 97.14％,higher than that of control group (65.71％),showing statistical significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Giving reflux esophagitis patients with application of combined method of omeprazole and famotidine for treatment,can have less adverse reaction,effective treatment,safe and effective,which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
