对某型精轧机的油气润滑系统存在的问题进行研究,通过提高单向阀的开启压力,实现了单向阀的快速开启;通过调整高压阀开启值,解决了因压力过高导致的分配器损坏问题;通过调整压力继电器及系统的控制程序,解决了继电器经常发生故障的问题,提高了生产效率。

The problems existed in the oil-air lubrication system of a finishing mill were researched.By enhancing the o-pening pressure,the quick opening of the one-way valve was realized,by adjusting the opening limit of the high pressure valve,the chance of the distributor's damage made by the high pressure was reduced,and through adjusting the controlling program of the pressure relay and the system,the failure frequency of the relay was reduced and the production efficiency was improved.
