研究电感耦合等离子体原子发射(ICP-AES)测定润滑脂方法的前处理步骤,改进ASTMD7303中的润滑脂灰化酸解步骤及试剂,提出一种润滑脂元素光谱分析前处理方法。采用改进方法处理润滑脂得到的元素Fe、Ca、Zn、P、Mo、Li等的光谱数据与标准方法处理得到的数据一致,证明该方法可以作为监测润滑脂中元素含量的前处理方法。

The pretreatment procedures of testing lubricating greases by Inductively Coupled Plasma-Atomic Emission Spectrometry(ICP-AES)method were studied.By improving the procedures and analysis agents of lubricating grease incinera-tion and acidolysis in ASTMD7303 standard method,a pretreatment method of the lubricating grease element spectrum analy-sis was put forward.The spectrum analysis results of the elements of Fe,Ca,Zn,P,Mo and Li have good consistency for the two pretreatment methods of lubricating greases,the improved pretreatment method and the standard method,which proves that this improved method can be used as the pretreatment method of inspecting the elements content in lubricating greases.
