建立汽车起步离合器的动力学模型,仿真计算出汽车起步时离合器结合产生的滑磨功及摩擦片与周围空气的对流换热系数;建立摩擦片的有限元模型并进行热结构耦合分析。结果表明,汽车起步时,离合器接合摩擦片最高温度达到了75.5℃,摩擦表面温度由摩擦片内缘向外逐渐升高;汽车起步时摩擦片最大热变形量达到0.0114 mm,其热变形形式为径向膨胀,轴向波浪式翘曲变形。

건립기차기보리합기적동역학모형,방진계산출기차기보시리합기결합산생적활마공급마찰편여주위공기적대류환열계수;건립마찰편적유한원모형병진행열결구우합분석。결과표명,기차기보시,리합기접합마찰편최고온도체도료75.5℃,마찰표면온도유마찰편내연향외축점승고;기차기보시마찰편최대열변형량체도0.0114 mm,기열변형형식위경향팽창,축향파랑식교곡변형。
The mathematical model of clutch combination process was established,and the clutch friction work in vehicle start process and the convective heat transfer coefficient of friction plate with air were calculated.The finite element model of the friction plate established and thermo-mechanical coupling analysis of the friction plate was performed.The results show that the highest temperature of friction plate reaches to 75.5 ℃ in the start process of vehicle.The friction surface temperature is gradually increased from the inner edge to the outer edge of friction plate.Maximum thermal deformation reaches 0.011 4 mm in the start process of vehicle.The friction plate heat distortion is radial expansion,axial waves warping.
