采用计算流体力学(CFD)的方法建立网式航空滑油滤的数学模型。利用多孔介质模型来模拟滤网的阻力效应,用多孔阶跃面代替滤网来模拟滤网的压降;应用离散相模型模拟过滤效率,在多孔阶跃面上应用用户自定义函数(UDF)对颗粒进行捕集,对该模型进行计算,得到过滤器的三维内部流场分布及其压力损失和过滤效率与润滑油进口速度的关系,为航空滑油滤的优化设计提供了参考。

The mathematical model of the aviation oil filter was built by the computational fluid dynamics(CFD)meth-od.The effect of resistance on the filter was simulated based on the porous media model,and the filter was replaced by por-ous jump surfaces(porous jump)to imitate the filter pressure drop.The filtration efficiency was simulated by the discrete phase model(DPM),and the user-defined function(UDF)was applied to the surface of the porous jump for trapping parti-cles in the calculation.The flow field of the aviation oil filter was analyzed,and the relationships between the pressure loss, filtration efficiency of aviation oil filter and the oil inlet velocity were researched,which provided a reference for the avia-tion oil filter structure optimization.
