为解决一些润滑油与橡胶密封材料相容性差或者使密封材料产生密封收缩而导致密封泄漏的问题,研究一类环丁砜衍生物橡胶密封膨胀添加剂。分别以异辛醇、正癸醇、十二醇为原料与环丁烯砜反应,制备3种密封膨胀剂。根据ASTMD471,分别考察它们在Ⅱ类、Ⅲ类和Ⅳ类基础油中的橡胶密封膨胀相关性能。结果表明:3种橡胶密封膨胀剂加入基础油中,能有效改善橡胶密封件的密封收缩问题,改变润滑油与橡胶的相容性;碳链长度较短的密封膨胀剂与橡胶的相容性较好,随着密封膨胀剂碳链长度的增加,其对橡胶相容性的影响逐渐减弱。

To solve the leakage problem caused by seal shrinkage or poor compatibility between the lubricant and the rubber sealing materials,the rubber seal swell additives of sulfolane derivatives was studied.Three rubber seal swell addi-tives were prepared using isooctanol,n-decanol,dodecanol as raw materials to react with 3-sulfolene.Based on ASTM D471,the influence on elastomer compatibility was tested for three rubber seal swell additives in Groups Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ base oils.The results show that the rubber seal swell additives can effectively improve the shrinkage problem of sealing materi-als,and change the compatibility between the lubricant and the sealing materials.The short carbon chain seal swell additive possesses more excellent compatibility of sealing materials than the long carbon chain one.
