根据圆锥滚子轴承的运动学原理,建立圆锥滚子球基面-内圈大挡边的运动学模型,得到圆锥滚子的自转速度、公转速度和圆锥滚子球基面-内圈大挡边接触区域的卷吸速度分布;建立圆锥滚子球基面-内圈大挡边弹流润滑的数学模型,计算分析在不同载荷和卷吸速度作用下,圆锥滚子球基面曲率半径对油膜厚度和摩擦因数的影响规律,并得到载荷与速度对圆锥滚子球基面最优化曲率半径的影响规律,即当其他工况条件不变时,圆锥滚子球基面所承受的载荷越大,其最优化的曲率半径就越大;速度越高,最优化的曲率半径则越小。
根據圓錐滾子軸承的運動學原理,建立圓錐滾子毬基麵-內圈大擋邊的運動學模型,得到圓錐滾子的自轉速度、公轉速度和圓錐滾子毬基麵-內圈大擋邊接觸區域的捲吸速度分佈;建立圓錐滾子毬基麵-內圈大擋邊彈流潤滑的數學模型,計算分析在不同載荷和捲吸速度作用下,圓錐滾子毬基麵麯率半徑對油膜厚度和摩抆因數的影響規律,併得到載荷與速度對圓錐滾子毬基麵最優化麯率半徑的影響規律,即噹其他工況條件不變時,圓錐滾子毬基麵所承受的載荷越大,其最優化的麯率半徑就越大;速度越高,最優化的麯率半徑則越小。

principle of tapered roller bearings.The rotational angular velocity,revolutionary angular velocity of the tapered roller and distribution of entrainment velocity of the contact region in rib-roller end were calculated.The EHL model of rib-roller end was establish,and the effect of curvature radius of tapered roller spherical end on film thickness and friction coefficient was discussed under different load and entrainment speed.The effect laws of load and speed on optimal curvature radius of ta-pered roller spherical end was summarized.That is,when other conditions are equal,the greater the tapered roller end car-ries,the larger the optimal curvature radius is;the faster the speed is,the smaller the optimal curvature radius is.
