以红锥茎段为外植体,研究了不同激素对其再生体系建立的影响。结果表明:最适诱导培养基为BMT+6-BA 0.3 mg/L+NAA 0.25 mg/L,诱导率达到了85%;最适增殖培养基为BMT+6-BA 0.3 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L,芽增殖系数3.58,且生长健壮;单芽在1/2 BMT+IBA 1.5 mg/L+IAA 0.3 mg/L培养基上生根效果好,生根率82%;炼苗成功后移栽成活率达90%以上。

The effects of different hormones on regeneration system of Castanopsis hystrix were analyzed by using the stem as explants. The results showed that the suitable media for induction were BMT+6-BA 0.3 mg/L+NAA 0.25 mg/L, with the induction of 85%, the suitable media for proliferation were BMT+6-BA 0.3mg/L+NAA 0.5mg/L,with the multiplication coefficient of 3.58, moreover robust growth, the suitable media for rooting were 1/2 BMT+IBA 1.5 mg/L+IAA 0.3 mg/L, with the rooting of 82%. The seedlings had survival rate of over 90%after hardening and transplanting .
