目的：探讨分析脑血栓患者的中医护理对策。方法：选取我院自2011年8月至2013年1月收治的80例脑血栓患者随机分为观察组与参考组，各为40例，给予两组患者常规临床护理，观察组患者在此基础上同时采用中医护理干预，比较两组患者住院时间、生活质量4个维度得分及患者对护理满意程度。结果：观察组患者平均住院时间为（16.5±5.1）天，参考组患者平均住院时间为（25.3±6.7）天，两组数据比较有统计学意义，P<0.05；观察组患者四个维度评分均明显优于参考组，P<0.05；观察组患者对护理满意程度明显优于参考组，P<0.05，有统计学意义。结论：给予脑血栓患者优质中医护理有助于促进患者康复，改善患者生活质量，值得推广。

목적：탐토분석뇌혈전환자적중의호리대책。방법：선취아원자2011년8월지2013년1월수치적80례뇌혈전환자수궤분위관찰조여삼고조，각위40례，급여량조환자상규림상호리，관찰조환자재차기출상동시채용중의호리간예，비교량조환자주원시간、생활질량4개유도득분급환자대호리만의정도。결과：관찰조환자평균주원시간위（16.5±5.1）천，삼고조환자평균주원시간위（25.3±6.7）천，량조수거비교유통계학의의，P<0.05；관찰조환자사개유도평분균명현우우삼고조，P<0.05；관찰조환자대호리만의정도명현우우삼고조，P<0.05，유통계학의의。결론：급여뇌혈전환자우질중의호리유조우촉진환자강복，개선환자생활질량，치득추엄。
objective:to study the analysis of TCM nursing countermeasures of patients with cerebral thrombosis. Selection methods:our hospital from August 2011 to January 2013, 80 patients with cerebral thrombosis were randomly divided into observation group and reference group, 40 cases respectively, two groups of patients' routine clinical nursing, the observation group of patients on the basis of the combination of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention, compared two groups of patients in hospital time, quality of life score four dimensions of nursing and patients satisfaction. Results:the observation group of patients on average hospitalization time was (16.5+5.1) days, the reference group of patients on average hospitalization time was (25.3+6.7) days, the data to compare the two groups have statistical significance, P<0.05;Observation group of patients with four dimensions scores were significantly bet er than the reference group, P<0.05;Observation group of patients to nursing satisfaction is superior to the reference group, P< 0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion: the patients with cerebral thrombosis patients' quality of traditional Chinese medicine nursing helps promote rehabilitation, to improve the patients quality of life, is worth promoting.
