通过构建行为选择模型,应用多主体仿真方法模拟科研人员个体特征对其行为选择影响的动态过程。结果显示:科研人员的好奇心、创造性和探索性精神、独立性和自主性对其行为选择的影响并非是简单的线性关系。在一定范围内,好奇心程度越高,主体选择诚信行为的概率就越大,但当主体诚信率增大到一定程度后,就不再增大了;提高创造性、探索性精神和独立性、自主性的程度值,科研人员选择诚信行为的数量并非总是提升,当程度值提高到一定程度后,选择诚信行为的主体比例会降低;好奇心有真假之分,有真好奇心的科研人员在项目申请和执行阶段不容易做出不端行为,但在项目结束时出现不端行为的概率会增加;有假好奇心的科研人员在项目申请阶段就可能会出现不端行为,在项目执行和结束阶段出现不端行为的概率会增大。

By constructing behavior selection model, the paper simulates the dynamic process of the influence of individual characteristics of researchers on their behavior choices based on multi-agent simulation system. The re-sults of simulation show that the influence of curiosity, creative and exploratory spirit, and independence and au-tonomy individual characteristics of researchers on their behavior selection is not a simple linear relationship. With-in a certain range, the higher degree of curiosity, the greater probability of subject selection integrity conduct. However, when the rate of subject integrity increases to a certain extent, it doesn't continue to increase. Improv-ing the degree of the creative, exploratory spirit and independence, the number of researchers selecting integrity conduct doesn't always enhance. After the degree of the creative, exploratory spirit and independence are improved to a certain extent, the proportion of subject selection integrity conduct will reduce instead. Besides, there are true and false curiosity, on one hand, the researchers with true curiosity are not easy to do misconduct on the stage of application and implementation of the projects, but when the projects will be finished, the rate of researchers making misconduct will increase. On the other hand, the researchers with false curiosity may do misconduct on the stage of application, moreover, the rate of researchers making misconduct will increase fiercely on the stage of implementation and end.
