目的：观察经皮椎弓根钉治疗高龄老人腰椎退变性滑脱所致腰痛的临床疗效。方法2010年4月～2013年8月28例腰椎退变性滑脱所致腰痛的高龄老人，采用经皮椎弓根钉内固定实施治疗，对比术前、术后1周、术后6个月视觉模拟评分（VAS）和功能障碍指数（ODI），记录手术时间及术中出血量，评价临床疗效。结果本组28例患者，术前视觉模拟评分（VAS）为（7.61±1.22）分，功能障碍指数（ODI）为（53.12±3.32）分；采用经皮椎弓根钉内固定治疗，术后1周内均带护腰支具下地活动，下地后术前腰痛症状消失或明显缓解，术后2周伤口甲级愈合并拆线。术后1周VAS为（2.30±0.98）分，ODI为（7.64±1.23）分；平均手术时间130分钟，平均出血量110ml。所有患者均获得随访，随访时间6个月，随访时VAS为（2.12±1.33）分，ODI为（8.46±2.20）分。结论经皮椎弓根钉内固定治疗高龄老人腰椎退变性滑脱所致腰痛疗效确切。
목적：관찰경피추궁근정치료고령노인요추퇴변성활탈소치요통적림상료효。방법2010년4월～2013년8월28례요추퇴변성활탈소치요통적고령노인，채용경피추궁근정내고정실시치료，대비술전、술후1주、술후6개월시각모의평분（VAS）화공능장애지수（ODI），기록수술시간급술중출혈량，평개림상료효。결과본조28례환자，술전시각모의평분（VAS）위（7.61±1.22）분，공능장애지수（ODI）위（53.12±3.32）분；채용경피추궁근정내고정치료，술후1주내균대호요지구하지활동，하지후술전요통증상소실혹명현완해，술후2주상구갑급유합병탁선。술후1주VAS위（2.30±0.98）분，ODI위（7.64±1.23）분；평균수술시간130분종，평균출혈량110ml。소유환자균획득수방，수방시간6개월，수방시VAS위（2.12±1.33）분，ODI위（8.46±2.20）분。결론경피추궁근정내고정치료고령노인요추퇴변성활탈소치요통료효학절。
Objective Observation the <br> clinical effects of percutaneous pedicle screw fixation in the treatment of low back pain due to degenerative spondylolisthesis in the oldest. Method From April 2010 to August 2013,28 cases of low back pain due to degenerative spondylolisthesis using percutaneous pedicle screw fixation for the treatment,comparing preoperative and postoperative patients after 1 week,6 months of visual analog scale (VAS) and the dysfunction index (ODI),records the operating time and intraoperative blood loss.Results This group 28 cases patients,preoperative of visual simulation scoring (VAS) average is (7.61±1.22) points,function obstacles index (ODI) average for (53.12±3.32) points.1 week after surgery,patients with waist brace ambulation. Preoperative symptoms disappeared or significantly ease back pain.2 weeks after surgery,wound healing and stitches.After 1 week (VAS) was (2.30±0.98) points,disability index (ODI) was (7.64±1.23) points;mean operative time 130 minutes,the average amount of bleeding 110ml.All patients were followed up for 6 months follow-up (VAS) was (2.12±1.33) points,disability index (ODI) was (8.46±2.20) points.Conclusion Percutaneous pedicle screw fixation for the treatment of the oldest in lower back pain due to degenerative spondylolisthesis,surgery is effective.
