首先梳理了自主技术体系的内涵特征，基于自主技术体系建设问题和成因分析，探究了知识体系与技术体系融合的国家自主技术体系建设路径，以及创新战略和技术能力结合的企业自主技术体系建设路径，最后从国家、产业、企业三个层面提出对策建议。

In this work, we trimmed the connotations and features of independent technological system. Based on the analysis of the problems and reasons in its construction, we discussed the constructional path for the national independent technological system in the fusion of knowledge system and technological system, and the enterprise independent technological system from the combination of innovation strategy and technological ability. At last, we provided advices and countermeasures on the aspects of country, industry and enterprise.
