试验选择健康状况良好、体重接近的断奶仔猪200头,研究不同蛋白水平的日粮对断奶仔猪生产性能、腹泻率、蛋白消化率以及血清生化指标的影响,结果表明:不同蛋白水平日粮对断奶仔猪的日均采食量、日均增重和蛋白消化率均没有影响(P>0.05),蛋白水平19.5%、18.5%的试验组与蛋白水平21.5%、17.5%的试验组相比断奶仔猪的料重比显著降低(P<0.05),蛋白水平17.5%的日粮能显著降低腹泻率(P<0.05);蛋白水平为18.5%和17.5%的日粮均显著降低断奶仔猪血清尿素氮和谷丙转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶的活性(P<0.05),还能显著提高血清IgA、IgG的浓度(P<0.05),蛋白水平为17.5%的日粮显著降低血清胆固醇(P<0.05)。

시험선택건강상황량호、체중접근적단내자저200두,연구불동단백수평적일량대단내자저생산성능、복사솔、단백소화솔이급혈청생화지표적영향,결과표명:불동단백수평일량대단내자저적일균채식량、일균증중화단백소화솔균몰유영향(P>0.05),단백수평19.5%、18.5%적시험조여단백수평21.5%、17.5%적시험조상비단내자저적료중비현저강저(P<0.05),단백수평17.5%적일량능현저강저복사솔(P<0.05);단백수평위18.5%화17.5%적일량균현저강저단내자저혈청뇨소담화곡병전안매、감성린산매적활성(P<0.05),환능현저제고혈청IgA、IgG적농도(P<0.05),단백수평위17.5%적일량현저강저혈청담고순(P<0.05)。
This experiment selected 200 heads of weaned piglets which were in good health and had similar body weight , and studied the effects of diets with different levels of protein on their production performance , diarrhea rate, protein digestibility and se-rum biochemical indicators .The results indicated that the diets with different levels of protein had not significant influences on the average daily feed intake , average daily gain , and protein digestibility of weaning piglets .The feed-gain ratio of weaning piglets feeding on the diets with 19.5% or 18.5% protein was significantly lower than that of weaning piglets feeding on the diets with 21.5%or 17.5%protein (P<0.05).The diets containing 17.5%protein could significantly reduce the diarrhea rate of weaning piglets (P<0.05).The diets with 18.5%or 17.5% protein could significantly reduce the concentration of serum urea nitrogen , and the activities of glutamic-pyruvic transaminase and alkaline phosphatase (P<0.05), also could significantly increase the con-centration of serum IgA and IgG (P<0.05).The diets containing 17.5%protein could significantly decrease the concentration of serum cholesterol (P<0.05).
