通过单因素试验,研究了不同液体发酵条件对猪苓多糖提取量的影响。研究结果表明:接种量、培养温度、振荡器转速、培养天数、培养基碳源、氮源及金属盐类等因素对猪苓多糖的提取量均有影响;当接种量为3片菌丝、培养温度为25℃、转速为150 r/min、培养15 d、培养基碳源为葡萄糖、氮源为蛋白胨、金属盐类为KH2 PO4时,猪苓菌丝生长最好,猪苓多糖的提取量最高,达0.093~0.121 g。

통과단인소시험,연구료불동액체발효조건대저령다당제취량적영향。연구결과표명:접충량、배양온도、진탕기전속、배양천수、배양기탄원、담원급금속염류등인소대저령다당적제취량균유영향;당접충량위3편균사、배양온도위25℃、전속위150 r/min、배양15 d、배양기탄원위포도당、담원위단백동、금속염류위KH2 PO4시,저령균사생장최호,저령다당적제취량최고,체0.093~0.121 g。
This article studied the effects of different conditions on the extraction of polysaccharide from grifola by liquid fer -mentation through single -factor experiments .The results showed that inoculum size , culture temperature , rotate speed of oscillator , culture duration , as well as carbon source , nitrogen source and metal salt in medium all had effects on the extraction of polysaccha -ride from grifola.When 3 pieces of mycelia were inoculated and cultured for 15 days at 25℃, the rotate speed was 150 r/min, and the medium contained glucose , peptone and KH 2 PO4 , the mycelia of grifola grew best , and the extraction quantity of grifola polysac-charide was the highest , reaching 0.093~0.121 g.
