结合典型零件,分析现有零件检测方法的局限性,并根据零件特点,采用机、光、电结合的方案,采用两顶尖装夹的方式对工件进行定位,在X向、Z向和绕Z轴旋转的方向分别采用不同的光栅传感器进行检测,并采用高精度的数据采集卡进行数据采集,选用USB接口实现PC机与数据采集设备之间的通信。以Windows系统为平台,以LabVIEW图形化编程语言为工具进行软件部分的设计,采用最小二乘法对采集的数据进行处理,并自动判别零件是否合格。可实现轴类零件高效、自动化的检测,满足一般机械加工车间的检测需求。

The limitations of the existing parts detection method were analyzed. According to the characteristics of the part,me-chanical,optical and electronic integration program was adopted. The two top clamping mode was used to position the workpiece. The different grating sensors were used to detect data in X/Z directions and around Z direction,and high-precision data acquisition card was used to acquire data,USB interface was used to realize communication between PC and the data acquisition equipment. Taking Win-dows systems as a platform and LabVIEW graphical programming language as a tool,the software part was designed,the data collected were processed using the least squares method,the part eligibility was determined automatically. Efficient,automated testing of shaft parts meet the testing needs of general machine shop.
