在分析毛巾自动缝边机工作原理的基础上,自主研发一款毛巾自动缝边机控制器。该控制器以STM32控制芯片为核心,主要电路有RS485通信电路、CAN总线接口电路等;串行通信模块负责控制器与PC机和触摸屏的数据通信,完成系统执行程序的下载及控制器运行状态的监控,实现了毛巾由原料到成品的自动化生产过程。
在分析毛巾自動縫邊機工作原理的基礎上,自主研髮一款毛巾自動縫邊機控製器。該控製器以STM32控製芯片為覈心,主要電路有RS485通信電路、CAN總線接口電路等;串行通信模塊負責控製器與PC機和觸摸屏的數據通信,完成繫統執行程序的下載及控製器運行狀態的鑑控,實現瞭毛巾由原料到成品的自動化生產過程。

Based on the analysis of towel automatic hemming machine working principle,a towel automatic hemming machine controller was developed independently,which was based on STM32 control chip as the core,with main circuits including RS485 com-munication circuit,CAN bus interface circuit and so on. Serial communication module was responsible for the communication of con-troller with PC and touch screen data,and for the system executive program download and controller running status monitoring. The au-tomation production process of towel from raw materials to finished is realized.
