为了提高发动机铝活塞铸造的自动化水平,介绍一种双腔机械式模具的基本结构,分析其驱动开模、合模的液压控制系统原理,设计基于三菱PLC的电气控制系统,编写了SFC控制程序且通过了模拟测试,系统运行稳定。

In order to improve the automation level of aluminum piston casting,the structure of a mechanical mold with double cavities was introduced,the principle of the hydraulic control system driving the mold open and close was analyzed,the electrical con-trol system was designed based on Mitsubishi PLC,the SFC control program was programmed and it was passed simulation test. The system operates stably.
