A PLC controlled hydraulic plastic injection molding machine was introduced. The principle of the hydraulic system and the PLC control method of plastic injection molding machine were discussed in depth. The hardware selection and ladder diagram design were also provided. Applications show that the system has high efficiency and good quality with low energy consumption and low-cost.
