高速加工中的颤振影响零件加工质量和经济效益。根据切削振动机制,提高刚度是解决颤振的主要途径。常见的解决方法是优化工艺系统的机床、刀具等。提出利用黏弹性材料性能来提高夹具刚度,同样可以达到减少颤振、提高工艺系统刚度的目的,同时可以减少零件的装夹次数,既节约了辅助时间,又提高了生产率。所采用的方法简单实用,有利于推广应用。

Chatter in high speed machining influences surface qualities of parts and benefit. Based on vibration theory,the main methods of handling chatter are rising stiffness of the machining system. Optimizing machine tools and cutting tools system structure are widely used. Viscoelastic material was proposed to enlarge fixture stiffness. So chatter was reduced and stiffness of the machining sys-tem was improved. At the same time,the auxiliary machining time of fixture was reduced,and productivity was increased. The method is simple and can be spread application widely.
