摩托车曲轴箱油道孔的加工是曲轴箱的重要加工工序。分析某曲轴箱的结构特点及加工工艺，针对曲轴箱油道孔的钻、铰加工，设计出简单易用的钻、铰多面加工专用机床，重点对机床的总体方案、进给驱动机构、主轴箱、夹具和机床床身等进行介绍。该机床的研制解决了孔的多面同时加工的精度问题，提高了加工效率和降低了生产成本。

The processing of the oil path is an important procedure of motorcycle crankcase. The structural features and process-ing technology of some crankcase were analyzed. A simple and easy-to-use special machine was designed for polyhedral processing of drilling and reaming. The general scheme,feed drive mechanism,spindle box,fixture and lathe bed of the machine tool were focused on. The development of the tool solves the accuracy problem of simultaneous processing of multiaspect,improves machining efficiency and reduces production cost.
