为提高校直效率和减少工人劳动强度，研制了自动石油钻杆校直机。设计了钻杆挠度检测方法，选用激光位移传感器检测钻杆弯曲挠度，利用编码器定位压头施压位置及支点位置，根据弹塑性理论与实际经验确定压头下压行程。设计了自动校直机控制系统，能够显示钻杆挠度和输入参数，可以对不同钢级和尺寸的钻杆进行校直，并可以输出报表。配备了自动上下料系统，能够实现自动上料和下料。现场使用证明：该自动校直机减少了工人劳动量，提高了钻杆校直过程的自动化。

To promote efficiency and reduce labors work,automatic pipe straightening machine was designed. The way of detec-ting the bending of pipes was developed by using laser displacement sensors,then where and how to put pressure on pipes were decided with the theory of elastic-plastic mechanics. The control system of automatic pipe straightening machine was also developed,which can display parameters. In the system,parameters could be input to adapt to different types of pipes. It is proved that using the designed straightening machine,labors work is reduced significantly and the automation of pipe straightening is improved.
